Your therapist will then devote the next hour to either, your face or you feet. The facial option invovles alot more massage while the pedicure results in beautiful peepers.

Before your full body massage you whole body, will be exfoliated (scrubbed) to remove all the dry, dead skin, and will stimulate your circulation (it stimulate the skin and relaxs the body). Hot towels are applied to prepare your body for the massage. Your massage will float away the time. Then if that sounds indulgent wait until you the next hour which is a heavenly deluxe facial.
