Cancellation policy:
your credit card number is required to secure your booking. Therapists are allocated for your treatments so we require at least 24hrs notice of cancellation. Less than 24hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. “No-shows” will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Parking:
there is free parking on Surf Pde outside the Resort.

Arrival time:
Please arrive 10mins early to complete your client form. If you are running late we will still finish at the allocated time so as to not keep other clients waiting.
Noise: Calmer Therapies has a calm and tranquil atmosphere, please turn off your mobile before you arrive, keep voices low and be prepared to be relaxed like never before!
